These terms apply to inspection services provided by Auto Car Inspections.
1. Nature of the inspection
An inspection is a visual and functional assessment of the vehicle on the day. It is not a guarantee or warranty of the vehicle's future condition, and it cannot detect every fault, particularly intermittent or concealed defects.
2. Access to the vehicle
The customer is responsible for arranging access to the vehicle at the agreed time and place. Fees may still apply if access cannot be provided.
3. Pricing
Prices start from $200 (Normal), $300 (Comprehensive) and $400 (Elite) and depend on the car, the location and the package chosen. The exact price is confirmed before booking.
4. Report
The report reflects the vehicle's condition at the time of inspection and is provided for the customer's use only.
5. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, our liability is limited to the fee paid for the inspection.
6. Cancellations
Please give reasonable notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Call 0481318451.
